Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold on our website to consumers are subject to the legal warranty of conformity provided for by applicable law.
The legal warranty protects consumers in the event of a lack of conformity of the product.
For new goods, consumers are covered by the legal warranty for a period of at least 2 years from delivery of the product, in accordance with applicable law.
The legal warranty covers lack of conformity and does not constitute a warranty as to the product's lifespan in the event of normal wear and tear.

What to Do in the Event of a Defect

If you believe that the product has a lack of conformity, please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

* order number;
* product concerned;
* description of the defect identified;
* any photographs or other useful documentation, if requested.

After receiving your notification, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for handling your claim.

Remedies Available Under the Warranty

In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided for by applicable law, including, where the relevant conditions are met, the repair or replacement of the product free of charge.
In cases provided for by law, if repair or replacement is not possible or is not carried out under the required conditions, consumers may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Legal Warranty and Normal Wear and Tear

The legal warranty of conformity should not be understood as a warranty covering the product's lifespan for a specific period of use.
In particular, deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear, use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the instructions for use is not automatically covered.
