Well there are different methods to prevent unwanted stains and eliminate superfluous dirt.

1. remove dirt and dust with a suede brush;
2. moisten the boots with a non-rough sponge soaked in water;
3. dab the shoes with a soft white cloth to dry them;
4. stuff the boots with acid-free paper so they keep their shape;
5. let the shoes air dry for 24 hours in a cool, well-ventilated area.

Two tips to keep in mind:

- use the transparent waterproof spray immediately, even when new, to prevent stains;
- air them out occasionally to dry the sweat.
